Laos e-Visa Fee

Laos Immigration Services, we provide the e-Visa services for people who want to travel to Laos. In addition, we recommend that you should buy Covid-19 Insurance. With the fee of US$ 299 per application, you can purchase travel insurance that will help you cover medical and other expenses should things go wrong in Lao. We also note that this is optional, so you can consider depending on your situation.

There are two kinds of Laos Evisa fees that you have to pay to get your Evisa to Laos, including visa service fee and Laos Government fee:

1. Laos E-Visa Service Fee:

Our service fee is the amount you have to pay in advance for our service, which includes giving you advice about the Laos e-visa, providing the documents you need, checking your application, and giving you the result of your application. We will collect your e-Visa from the Laos Government and send it for you to print out before you arrive in Laos checkpoints ( airports/borders).

  • Normal: For those who would like to get e-Visa within 3 business days.
  • Urgent: For those who would like to get e-Visa within 02 business days.
  • Super Urgent: For those who would like to get e-Visa within 24 business hours.

2. Laos E-visa Government & admin fee:

The government fee is the amount you have to pay for the Laos Immigration Department to provide your visa. This is the obligation fee for applicants who wish to apply for eVisa.

Any changes after paying The Government Fee will be charged as a new application.

Exemption for 30 days: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam.

Exemption for 15 days: Japan, Luxembourg, Switzerland

Exemption for 14 days: Myanmar.

Notes about e-Visas:

All visitors need to have a passport valid for more than 180 days from the date of arrival. If your passport validity is less than 180 days, you must renew or apply for a new passport before you can apply for eVisa.
